The District Command for Relief Operations of Lisbon issued a first alert dispatch for a rural fire in the Azambuja area. The alert was registered in the Lisbon district, with the occurrence taking place in the parish of Azambuja. The nature of the fire is classified as brushfire, indicating it is a fire affecting uncultivated vegetation.

In the fight against the fire, 26 personnel were mobilised, supported by 7 ground resources and 1 aerial resource. The civil protection authorities are coordinating operations to control the situation.
