Sporting CP announced on Saturday the signing of Brazilian goalkeeper Kaique Pereira from Palmeiras. The young keeper, 21 years old, is the latest addition for the Portuguese club in the goalkeeper position.
Kaique Pereira has experience in Portuguese football, having played for two clubs in the Portuguese League: Farense and Nacional. This is not his first experience outside Brazil, which gives him some adaptation to European football.
The 21-year-old player arrives at Sporting to strengthen the Lions' goal, joining the other goalkeepers in the squad. The announcement was made by the Portuguese top-flight club, which did not reveal the financial details of the transfer.
