The Municipality of Tarouca is preparing to host, between September 11 and 13, an edition of the Handball Tournament Festas de São Miguel, dedicated this year to the Under-20 category. The tournament is a traditional competition that takes place during the Festas de São Miguel festivities in the city.
The event organization is joint, involving the Portuguese Handball Federation, the Viseu Handball Association, the Municipality of Tarouca, and Ginásio Clube de Tarouca. This partnership between sports entities and local authorities aims to promote the practice of handball and boost the municipality during the festivities.
