At least one soldier was slightly wounded this Saturday in Ceuta, in a new stone-throwing attack on troops deployed in the Spanish autonomous city. The stone-throwing attack targeted the soldiers deployed in the area.
Saturday's incident is the second attack of this kind since Thursday, when four soldiers were also wounded due to stone-throwing by groups of people.
According to RTVE, Spanish military forces continue to be deployed in Ceuta to control the situation in the autonomous city, which has been the scene of recurring tensions.
The soldier wounded on Saturday sustained only minor injuries, with no indication that his life is in danger.
