Law of Return. PSD optimistic and PS says it respects the Constitutional Court decision

PSD expresses optimism regarding the promulgation of the Return Law bill by António José Seguro, hoping that the Socialist Party's Secretary-General will not veto the legislation approved in the Assembly of the Republic.

PS, for its part, states it respects the Constitutional Court decision, demonstrating a position of acceptance regarding the constitutional validation of the bill.

LIVRE considers there is room for the President of the Republic to exercise the power of veto, questioning the entry into force of the law.

PCP expresses concerns regarding the application of the legislation, warning of possible constraints and injustices that may arise if the Return Law effectively comes into force.
