The Nazaré's Local Accommodation regulation, which establishes the containment and growth areas where this activity can be licensed, will go back to a vote after a legal opinion considered its approval void.

The legal opinion concluded that the regulation's approval was invalidated due to lack of quorum during the session in which it was approved.

The document defines specific zones in the municipality where local accommodation can or cannot be licensed, establishing growth areas and containment areas.

The decision to repeat the vote comes after the legal analysis that questioned the legitimacy of the initial approval process of the municipal regulation.
