Narana Coissoró, the historic CDS figure, has died

Narana Coissoró, a historical figure of CDS, died. Coissoró was the leader of CDS's parliamentary group for 13 years, having held a prominent position in Portuguese political life.

In addition to the role of parliamentary leader, Coissoró was also Vice-President of the Assembly of the Republic, the Portuguese parliament.

His death marks the disappearance of a personality who left a significant mark on the history of the CDS party and Portuguese politics in general.
