94 kg of unfit food in two establishments in Sintra

The Public Security Police and Sintra Municipal Police carried out a joint operation at commercial establishments in the region. The action took place in the localities of Algueirão and Agualva, both in the municipality of Sintra.

During the operation, 94 kilograms of food products were seized that were found to be unfit for human consumption. The food was stored improperly in the two establishments inspected.

The authorities proceeded with the seizure of the products and took the appropriate legal measures in light of the situation found. The operation aims to guarantee food safety and compliance with hygiene standards in commercial establishments in the area.
