The Funchal Professional Firefighters were called last night to fight a fire on Estrada do Fundoa. The alert was received around 8:56 PM, with the flames breaking out in an area near vegetation.
A team from the corporation was mobilized to the scene, consisting of four firefighters who carried out the intervention to combat the fire.
The authorities clarified that this incident had no relation to another situation recorded in Beco da Garagem, being two distinct incidents.
