"Duty fulfilled". Sebastião Bugalho optimistic about the promulgation of the return law

PSD received this Friday with "a sense of duty fulfilled" the decision of the Constitutional Court to give "green light" to the so-called return law. Sebastião Bugalho, on behalf of the party, expressed optimism regarding the promulgation of the bill by the President of the Republic.

The Constitutional Court validated the return law, which had been approved by parliament. This decision allows the process to proceed to promulgation by the President of the Republic, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa.

Sebastião Bugalho expressed PSD's satisfaction with the result, considering that the party fulfilled its role in the legislative process. The return law is one of the significant bills of the current legislative session.

The social-democratic party now awaits the final decision of the President of the Republic for the return law to take effect.
