The audit did not identify elements that support the existence of deliberate actions by the schools that compromised the integrity or confidentiality of the tests carried out. In other words, no evidence was found that the delays were caused intentionally.
The report indicates that the delays in submitting the re-evaluations resulted from failures in the schools' internal procedures and problems with the computer platform used for this purpose, without the fairness of the evaluation process being compromised.
