PS respects TC decision on asylum granting and return of foreigners

The secretary-general of PS, José Luís Carneiro, stated today that the party respects the decision of the Constitutional Court, which found constitutional the provisions of the law on granting asylum and returning foreigners. Carneiro commented on the court's decision regarding legislative changes in this area. The Constitutional Court ruled on normative texts related to the asylum regime and procedures for returning foreign citizens.
