Businessman Miguel Machado was held up by criminals while returning home in Piedade, in the North Zone of Rio, on Friday night (28). He had just picked up his 3-year-old daughter, who was sleeping in the back seat, and was following his daily route after picking up the child from a caregiver in Tomás Coelho. The criminals ripped the chain from his neck, forcibly removed him from the vehicle and fled with the car with the girl still inside.
