The strategy contrasts with that of the PT candidate, who aired an insertion specifically dedicated to nominally attacking the opponent. In Lula's piece, Flavio was classified as "the worst of the Bolsonaros," making a direct attack on the PL candidate.
Flavio's pieces show a campaign attempt to present the candidate beyond his status as the former president's son. The goal is to reduce voter resistance by presenting a more personal and family-oriented image of the candidate.
