Sesc Literature Prize announces winners of the 2026 edition, which had a record number of entries

The Sesc Literature Prize announced the winners of the 2026 edition, which registered a historic record of registrations with 2,969 competing works. In the romance category, Mariana do Nascimento Ramos, from the Federal District, won with "The Will of Dead Things"; in short story, the prize went to Anacã Agra, from Paraíba, with "The Replication of Blood"; and in poetry, Guilherme de Miranda Ramos, from Alagoas, took the title with "Geography of Discomfort".
