Jazz Festival postponed to September 10 due to bad weather

The closing concert of the 2026 edition of the Festival de Jazz em Lisboa – Avenidas Hot Jazz was postponed to September 10 due to adverse weather conditions. The postponement was announced by the Junta de Freguesia de Avenidas Novas, the organizing entity of the event. The decision was made to ensure the safety of the audience and artists in light of the bad weather. This change affects the planned program for the festival, which was supposed to conclude on the original date.

SP Gastronomia: 2nd weekend will have sun, music, and award-winning restaurants; see program

The second weekend of SP Gastronomia at Parque Villa-Lobos, in São Paulo, promises sun and heat, with temperatures between 17°C and 33°C on Saturday (29) and between 19°C and 32°C on Sunday (30), low air humidity (close to 30%) and no rain forecast. The event features water fountains and hydration points spread throughout the venue for visitors to protect themselves from the intense heat.
