The European Union promised two million euros in humanitarian aid for Nepal. The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, stated that this immediate aid will allow assistance to be provided to affected communities. On the same day, in Portugal, the Chega party, led by André Ventura, announced a Censorship Motion against the Government. The PS and PSD parties downplayed this threat, considering it irrelevant.
