In the first free electoral propaganda program in Rio Grande do Sul, the candidates for state governor presented their proposals and trajectories. Zucco (PL), who has the longest television time, opened his participation in an open area and said he worked at the Institutional Security Office (GSI) of the Presidency of the Republic, where he was responsible for the protection of five presidents.
Zucco talked about his trajectory in the Army, cited former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and defended the idea of "returning gaúcho pride." Juliana Brizola (PDT), in turn, explored the floods that occurred in 2024 in the state, criticized an alleged "war policy" and focused her arguments on education and health.
Deputy governor Gabriel Souza (MDB) highlighted the legacy of Eduardo Leite (PSD), current governor of the state, however Leite did not appear in his advertisement. Marcelo Maranata (PSDB) mentioned that his space on television was short and invited voters to follow him on social media.
