Almassora will auction four plots for over one million to finance a festival venue

Almassora will auction four municipal plots of residential urban land for a total value of 1,066,514.28 euros, taxes not included. The municipal council is preparing this bidding process to sell these properties owned by the municipality.

The income obtained from this sale will be used by the local authority to acquire new municipal land. The objective is to move forward with the project for the construction of a future festival venue in the town.

The municipality of Almassora thus hopes to finance part of the expenses related to this new public facility through the sale of these four residential urban plots.
