PT expands attacks on Flavio while trying to contain damage to Lula amid crisis over Lulinha

On the first day of free electoral propaganda, President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's campaign expanded the offensive against the PL candidate for Senate, Flavio Bolsonaro. The strategy includes launching a website dedicated to criticism of the rival and airing a radio insertion that classifies the senator as "the worst of the Bolsonaros". The first insertion against Flavio has already been televised, and the first block programs of both candidates will be shown this Saturday.

At the same time, the PT committee tries to contain the damage caused by Lula's declaration that he did not know lobbyist and businesswoman Roberta Luchsinger, friend of his son Fabio Luis Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha. Roberta Luchsinger is under investigation by the Federal Police, which has caused damage to the president's campaign.

The free electoral propaganda occurs in two formats: in programs shown at predetermined times, called block propaganda, and in insertions, short electoral commercials distributed during breaks in programming throughout the day. Lula's campaign uses both formats to attack the rival while seeking to minimize the damage caused by the controversy involving his son and the businesswoman under investigation.
