FC Porto coach Farioli ruled out the possibility of players leaving the Dragons' squad. At the press conference previewing the match against Académico, the coach addressed the transfer market issue, which was approaching its last day.
Farioli highlighted Académico's quality, emphasizing the high pressure applied by the opposing team. The coach acknowledged that he faces the challenge of keeping the best players available for the competitions FC Porto participates in.
FC Porto's board, led by André Villas-Boas, has been working to strengthen the squad during this transfer window. The Porto club is described as an "expensive boutique," suggesting significant investments in quality players.
The coach did not hide his expectation of being able to keep the main players in the working group, although he acknowledges the difficulties inherent in the last day of the transfer market.
