The Petrobras Futuros — Art and Technology cultural center, in Flamengo, hosts from Friday (28th) a new free program with 30 projects selected through the public call Brasilidades & Futuros. The activities represent 12 states and five regions of the country, including manifestations such as carimbó, funk, electronic music, indigenous arts, and theater, and remain available to the public until April 2027.
The official opening takes place at 7 PM. In the galleries, two exhibitions will be inaugurated: "Nhe e Se: desire for speech," bringing together works by 13 contemporary indigenous artists; and "Imunidade" (Immunity), a multimedia installation created by the women from Curitiba Cândida Monte and Milla Jung with the participation of 15 other women-artists.
On the musical lineup, the Pará duo Uaná System performs at 8:15 PM, mixing carimbó and other Amazonian rhythms with electronic music. The complete program of the event can be followed through the cultural center's official channels.
