Marinha Grande distributes 46 thousand euros raised after depression Kristin

The Municipal Council of Marinha Grande announced the distribution of 46 thousand euros raised after the passage of meteorological depression Kristin through the district of Leiria. The depression caused significant damage in the region, prompting a solidarity campaign to support the affected populations.

The donations will be distributed among three local institutions. Part of the amount will be divided equally among Sport Império Marinhense, Sociedade de Beneficência e Recreio (SBR) 1.º de Janeiro and the Associação Social Cultural e Desportiva de Casal Galego.

The distribution aims to support entities that suffered losses from the passage of depression Kristin, contributing to the recovery of the activities of these organizations in Marinha Grande.
