Great Place To Work: know the great companies operating in Brazil present in the ranking

oglobo28 August 2026 at 10:15

The Great Place To Work (GPTW) ranking brings together great companies operating in Brazil, including Brazilian organizations such as Itaú and companies present on a large scale in the country, such as Arcos Dorados. These companies represent what is behind the recognition as best places to work, serving as a reference in the Brazilian corporate market.

At Eurofarma, the highlighted differential is the strength of the organizational culture, based on respect, collaboration, diversity, entrepreneurship and responsibility. According to Daniela Panagassi, global Vice President of People and Organization at the company, these values are fundamental to maintaining the work environment recognized by GPTW.

At Sicredi, the stated objective is to offer a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment, where each person can develop, contribute with their talent and feel a sense of belonging. Daniele Schmidt, executive director of People and Culture at the institution, highlights that this environment is essential for the recognition.

At Experian, the focus is on creating an environment where people have space to learn, contribute and build professional trajectories. Flavío Balestrin, Vice President of Human Resources at the company, reinforces that professional development is a central pillar of the organizational culture. Magalu, on the other hand, bets on the humanized way of looking at collaborators as a competitive differential in the market.
