Mota-Engil CEO does not rule out listing mining business on the market

The CEO of Mota-Engil does not rule out the possibility of listing the mining business on the market. This is one of the options being considered for the newly created Mota-Engil Mining Services, although it has not yet been decided.

The 11 contracts the group holds in the mining area will be transferred to this new company. The goal is to stabilize business volume at around one billion euros.

The entry of new investors into Mota-Engil Mining Services is another possibility being evaluated, but it has not yet been taken as a decision.
