'Hate cabinet': Campos and Lyra exchange accusations about use of profile networks for attacks in Pernambuco

The government of Pernambuco dismissed Amisadai Andrade da Silva on Tuesday (25). The measure was taken on the same day Record News aired a report pointing to the then civil servant as the operator of an alleged profile network that would receive public money to attack political adversaries of Governor Raquel Lyra (PSD), including former Recife mayor João Campos (PSB).

This is a new chapter in the legal battle between the campaigns. Earlier this month, the Electoral Court accepted the governor's party's request to preserve evidence of what would be the coordinated use of pages, in favor of Campos, to attack Lyra's re-election bid.

Record News claims that the Federal Police (PF) are investigating the alleged "hate cabinet" set up by the governor's campaign. The report shows a recording of a meeting in which Amisadai would be involved, evidencing the alleged structure of coordinated attacks.
