The market for parking spaces in Castellón is in full fever, with sales approaching historic highs while prices continue to fall. This trend reflects a growing demand for parking spaces in the city.
The protagonist of this story is Vicente, a worker who for years lived the nightmare of looking for parking every night. After a long workday in Onda, upon arriving at his home in the north zone of Castelló, he faced a second routine: driving circles around the neighborhood looking for a free spot, waiting for someone to leave, or walking several streets away.
The solution came when a neighbor in his building posted an advertisement in the elevator to rent a parking space. In the end, instead of renting, he decided to sell it to Vicente for 8,000 euros. Since then, his parking problems have ended.
This case illustrates how the purchase of parking spaces has become an increasingly sought-after alternative for residents of Castellón, allowing them to definitively solve the parking problems that affect many residents of the city.
