The influencer and former expelled state deputy Arthur do Val, known as "Mamãe falei", became the target of a complaint by the São Paulo Public Prosecutor's Office for incitement to crime. The action was filed last Tuesday and refers to comments made by the former parliamentarian about Operation Carbono Oculto, launched in August last year.
The operation targeted people and institutions on Avenida Faria Lima involved in a scheme of tax evasion and money laundering for the Primeiro Comando da Capital, a criminal faction known as PCC. In a video published on his YouTube channel, Arthur do Val stated: "Thug from Faria Lima who launders money for organized crime has to be killed."
The former deputy was expelled by the São Paulo State Legislative Assembly and is known for his participation in the Free Brazil Movement. The MPSP complaint argues that the influencer's statements constitute the crime of incitement, by defending that people involved with money laundering should be killed.
