The rapporteur of the 6x1 schedule amendment bill in the Senate's Constitution and Justice Committee warned that whoever tries to postpone the vote on the proposal "will look very bad to the population," amid popular mobilization around the labor reform. After having held up the analysis of the matter, Senate President Davi Alcolumbre made peace with President Lula and accelerated the processing of the proposal that ends the schedule of six working days followed by one day of rest.
