INEM strike: CODU at 90% in September

The STEPH union accepted INEM's proposal to raise the minimum services at the emergency coordination centers (CODU) from 80% to 90%, during the strike scheduled for September 14 and 28. This negotiation comes after an initial impasse between the union and INEM regarding the emergency response levels during the strike.
