Gustavo Rocha, former secretary of the Civil House of the Federal District and running mate on Celina Leão's (PP) ticket, had his candidacy rejected by the Electoral Public Ministry for continuing to exercise the duties of the position even after stepping down in April. Additionally, he ruled at the Supreme Court on an action that impacted aid to BRB (Bank of Brasília) while he still held the public office.
