Brussels gives green light to 4.8 billion euro plan to accelerate energy transition in Greece

The European Commission approved a 4.8 billion euro plan to accelerate the energy transition in Greece, which should avoid the emission of 811 thousand tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year by 2032. The plan also includes support for 460 thousand vulnerable families, reducing their dependence on fossil fuels.
