Ukraine has admitted the possibility of resuming peace negotiations with Russia as early as September, according to Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Ukrainian presidential office. Kiev wants the United States to participate at the negotiating table, at a time when diplomatic contacts remain blocked and Moscow continues to push demands considered maximalist by the Ukrainian side.
