Flamengo opposition groups have submitted a complaint to the club's boards requesting the removal of Vice President of Administration Marcos Motta. The accusation is conflict of interest, since Motta, founding partner of the Bichara e Motta law firm, continues working professionally in the football market while holding a management position at the club. The complaint cites examples such as structuring SAFs (Football Anonymous Societies), player transfers, and consulting for clubs, including cases like the transformation of Amazonas into an SAF and the transfer of Zé Lucas from Sport to Cruzeiro.
Paulo Raimundo accused the Government of "throwing mud at the wall" regarding the promise not to touch Social Security during this legislation, considering that promise "is worth nothing".
