CMF approves Detailed Plan for Urban Rehabilitation of Carmo

The Detailed Plan for Urban Rehabilitation of Carmo was approved today at a City Council Meeting and now goes to the Municipal Assembly. The Vice-President of the Funchal City Council indicated that the plan will allow the urban requalification of that central and historic area of the city, with municipal intervention.
