Savings and Investment Union can advance without all countries, Von der Leyen admits

The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, admitted that the Savings and Investment Union can move forward even without the participation of all European Union countries, showing flexibility in the implementation of this European financial project. Von der Leyen expressed the intention to see the project completed by the end of the year, at a time when negotiations between member states are underway on the details of this initiative that aims to deepen economic and financial integration in Europe.
