iFood reduces digital security costs by up to 50% with ClickHouse

iFood, the largest food delivery platform in Latin America, migrated its cybersecurity infrastructure to ClickHouse Cloud and achieved significant results: data queries up to 16 times faster and a 40% to 50% reduction in the information security department's operational costs. The change made it possible to balance robust security operations with budget constraints during a period of rapid expansion. With more than 80% of the Brazilian food delivery market, iFood diversified its services to include supermarkets, pharmacies, pet products, and financial services, increasing the complexity of its cybersecurity operation, which has approximately 100 professionals.
The Ponte de Lima City Council is investing around one million euros in the technological modernization of the municipality's schools, with 85% funding from the NORTE 2030 program.
