Criminal groups known as "Rolex gangs" are operating with increasing violence, selecting targets, following them and attacking with great violence to steal luxury watches, mainly Rolex. Portugal is believed to have entered the map of these gangs in 2023, and the crimes are committed both inside and outside the country, revealing a growing mobility of these organized groups.
