EU countries demand that Brussels revisit discussion on use of 210 billion euros in frozen Russian assets

The Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden are pressuring the European Union to reopen negotiations on the use of the 210 billion euros in frozen Russian assets, with the aim of financing Ukraine's defense. Kyiv faces a deficit of 23 billion euros in its military budget, which makes it urgent to find alternative sources of financing.
