The PSP of Caldas da Rainha dismantled a criminal group linked to violent crime in the region, resulting in the seizure of weapons, drugs and more than 26 thousand euros in cash. The police operation aims to combat organized criminal activity in that area of the Leiria district.

Girl seriously injured after fall from second floor

A female child was seriously injured after falling from the second floor of a building. The girl suffered serious fractures to the pelvic girdle and pelvis, having been transported to the Hospital das Caldas da Rainha to receive medical treatment. Spanish police officer on vacation victim of knife robbery

A Spanish police officer who was on vacation was the victim of a stabbing robbery in [data unknown].
