Mother goes out to smoke and train leaves with two minor children

A mother missed the train during a brief stop when she went out to smoke a cigarette, leaving behind her two minor children who continued the journey alone. The incident, which could have ended in tragedy, generated a moment of great distress until the situation was later resolved.
