Ukraine was once again targeted by attacks during the early hours, with Kiev reporting that it may have intercepted Russian ballistic missiles — something that, according to experts, had not happened for some time. International law specialist Francisco Cordeiro de Araújo, on special assignment for CNN Portugal from Kiev, described "another night of attacks," providing the latest information on the situation.
