Saint-Gobain and Microsoft join forces to boost AI in sustainable construction

Saint-Gobain and Microsoft announced a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating digital transformation in the construction sector, focusing on artificial intelligence and the development of more efficient, resilient, and environmentally friendly infrastructures. The agreement aims to combine Saint-Gobain's experience in sustainable construction materials with Microsoft's technological capabilities in AI and cloud computing, promoting innovation in the sector and contributing to the industry's decarbonization objectives.
Portugal is going to buy 75 armored vehicles from Spain for the marines, in an investment of 120 million euros fully funded by the European Union. The first vehicles, manufactured in Spain, should start arriving in the country next year.
