The number of dead and missing in Nepal continues to rise after the devastating earthquake, with the latest toll pointing to around 700 dead and 1,500 missing. Among the missing are approximately 700 tourists, including two Portuguese citizens, who have yet to be located. The situation on the ground remains critical with rescue operations continuing to find survivors among the rubble.
A nine-year-old girl suffered serious injuries after falling from the second floor of a building in Caldas da Rainha. The PSP is currently investigating the circumstances of the accident, with no further details yet about what caused the fall.
