Inspectors from the General Finance Inspectorate (IGF) have been part of RTP's governing bodies for at least 27 years. An official source from the public station revealed to the news agency that the current Board of Directors, led by Nicolau Santos since 2021, never had knowledge of any alert regarding irregularities in the subsidies identified by the IGF report draft project, recently made public.
