The Interior Ministry received in July seven written, oral and telephone warnings from the CNI about Ceuta but considered them insufficient

The National Intelligence Center (CNI) of Spain sent warnings to the Ministry of the Interior about migratory risks in Ceuta at two moments: since January in a generic form about migratory pressure, and from July 9 onwards in a more operational form about the concrete danger to the city. In July, the CNI made seven contacts with interlocutors of the security ecosystem of Ceuta, including written, oral, and telephone warnings, although the Ministry of the Interior considered this information insufficient.
