Head of Copacabana security says he had already received complaints about Davi's 'aggressive conduct'

The Civil Police heard Aluísio da Silva Filho, head of Copacabana's street security team, who revealed having received complaints about the aggressive conduct of Davi Santos Machado, arrested for the death of cyclist Cláudio Rafael Landeiro, 37 years old. In testimony at the 12th Police Station, Aluísio stated that he had already warned Davi after the security guard had previously assaulted a homeless person. Cláudio Rafael was beaten in the early morning of August 12 after being unjustly accused of stealing a bicycle, receiving 63 blows from Davi, according to the investigations.
