Fishermen from the Azores and Madeira can catch an additional 500 tonnes of bigeye tuna this year, an opportunity that had not been possible for the sector for several years, announced the Regional Government of the Azores. The Azorean executive (PSD/CDS-PP/PPM) explained that this result was possible thanks to coordination work between the Regional Governments of the Azores and Madeira.
