Actress from 'White Chicks' discovers rare brain tumor

The American actress Busy Philipps, known in Brazil for "Dawson's Creek" and "White Chicks," revealed she was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor. She discovered the disease after having an MRI that she almost canceled, which was recommended by her ex-husband Marc Silverstein to do in February, after postponing the exam because of a snowstorm in January. The artist had no symptoms and was shaken by grief after Van Der Beek's death.
