Mother goes out to smoke and sees train leave with her children

A mother was separated from her two children after getting off a train to smoke a cigarette and being unable to return in time, watching the train leave. The woman had to be rescued by firefighters after being left alone at the station, while the children continued their journey. The incident was reported to the authorities, who are investigating the circumstances.
